Question for you all: there is this wonderful graph showing how we can shift mechanical and electrical dollars into envelope investments to make deep energy savings cost-neutral. Have you experienced this on a project?

Background: In writing the Path To Zero Carbon series post on envelope, some reviewers suggested they haven’t seen it. I have, so this survey is to get a larger sense of whether this is mostly myth or not.
