PC 101 LEED v4.1

Our project team has implemented the Integrative Process for a project that was initially registered under LEED v4 O+M but during the course of the project was converted to LEED v4.1 O+M. We note within the Pilot description the requirement to conduct meetings during pre-performance and performance periods which seems to reflect a more snapshot approach to O+M. Our project team would suggest aligning the requirements for the integrative process pilot to incorporate using Arc as an initial goalsetting tool and as a tool for tracking ongoing performance. We would also recommend defining within the IP team a process and responsible parties for ongoing performance tracking and recertification.
