NC-v4 EQc2:Low emitting materials

LEED v4.1 If all products in one category comply with the VOC emissions evaluation do we need to list the cost or surface area?

We are having a tough time getting the costs from our subs. The subs says that the cost is bundled with other material and they can't break it up. Some are having to go there superiors to get it and even then it is difficult. So if all products in one category comply with the VOC emissions evaluation do we need to list the cost or surface area? In the past we have done it, can we still do it for LEED v4.1?
