LEED EB v3/2009 Recertification

Hi All,

We have a LEED EB v3/2009 that was certfied in June 2019. What is the renewal/recertfication deadline for this project? The LEED Guidance says every 3 years but 2009 used to be 5 years.

Hi Varun, We have a similar case, this is a LEED EB v3/2009 that was certified in July 2018. What is the renewal/recertification deadline for this project? Any update or advice on this. Thank you.

If you were Certified in LEED EB v3/2009 the certification is still good for 5 years. Only 4.1 is good for 3 years

Hi Varun! Your project would be up for renewal June 2024 Olga, your project would be up for renewal July 2023. Both of you have the choice to recertify using v4 (valid for 5 years and more similar to v3) or v4.1 (valid for 3 years using ARC) as Craig said.
