how are points dealt with when there is no cooling tower

Hello, would anyone know if, in EBOM v4, the points for the WE credit: Colling Tower Water Use get filtered out from the LEED score calculation or are gained by default, when there is no cooling tower in the project?

Hi, Raquel! This is not automatic. You would have to use the pilot credit called No Cooling Tower. To be eligible for that, the baseline building type would need to have a cooling tower in ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G.
