CS-v4 SSc6:Light pollution reduction

Light Pollution Site Plan

I understand I need to show all my exterior lighting in the site plan for documentation but what if i have exterior balcony lighting at multiple levels and rooftop lighting , how to I represent multiple levels of lighting on a site plan? 3D view?

You can try showing on 2D with fixture heights.  If the lights are overlapping on floors it gets messy.  The 3D (isometric) view i likely your best option.  There should be an option for displaying fixture height.  It helps.
