Stripped facade

Hello,
The rating system states: "Views cannot be obstructed by frit, fibers, patterned glazing, or added tints that distort the color balance."
Our facade design is a curtain wall with outdoor wood strips 2x2 inches (5x5cm) separated 1 foot (30cm).
Does our facade design qualifies towards the credit "Quality Views" as "unobstructed and providing a clear view of the exterior"?

Gustavo - I would argue that the 2" wide strips are no different than 2" wide mullions framing 10" wide glazing. So yes, unobstructed views.
