Quality views for Galleries

Are art galleries exempt from this credit or can the requirements be modified where windows or clerestorys may provide limited views to protect the art or maximize wall space? Are galleries considered regularly occupied?

Art galleries are considered regularly occupied but a group of us worked with USGBC to include an exemption. https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/100002553
"Under Quality Views, Further Explanation, Project Type Variations Add a new section as follows: "Museums • Museum exhibit and other collection spaces may be excluded from the views requirements."
