Is there a direct correlation for LEED points when ASHRAE 90.1-2019 baseline is used instead of 2016?

I don't believe that USGBC has issued an adjustment table for 90.1-2019 yet.
Since Appendix G remains largely fixed between 2016 and 2019, you should just be able to use the BPFs from 90.1-2016 instead of the BPFs in 2019 to calculate savings/ points.
There is a difference in stringency between 90.1-2016 and 90.1-2019 even if Appendix G has not changed much or at all. This impacts the savings. See the final US DOE determination of savings - https://www.energycodes.gov/sites/default/files/2021-07/Standard_90.1-2019_Final_Determination_TSD.pdf In the past this determination has been used to adjust the thresholds of savings relative to points.
LEED interpretation #10500 allows you to use 90.1-2019 or 90.1-2022 Appendix G and substitute the BPF from 90.1-2016 https://www.usgbc.org/leedaddenda/10500
