I sugguested to sep up an IP team inclueds owner, engineer, building manager, tenant representative, energy audit team and maintenance contractors at the early stage of LEED certification process to discuss the project goals and issues in the process to make the whole project process perform more efficient. And you must properly keep and file all the relevant documentations at this early stage.
