In the case where an elevator goes directly to the exterior terrace, is it concerned by the presence of an Entryway Systems?
Also, for entrances to balconies, can an interior carpet with dust and dirt capture characteristics validate Strategy 1?
Finally, in the case where the developer controls the design and construction of the entire mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection system but not the design and construction of the tenant fit-out, can the formulation of a tenant specification validate strategy 1?
