Yesterday morning I tried to edit LEED Online forms in several projects. When I clicked on the form a message popped up saying, “Your browser is incompatible or you have chosen to access the form offline. Please download the form, edit locally and upload it to LEED online upon completion.” When I clicked to download the form (to edit or to view produced the same result) a .pdf file is created and it says, “To view the full contents of this document, you need a later version of the PDF viewer. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html For further support, go to www.adobe.com/support/products/acrreader.html. I am using Windows 10, Chrome and Edge, with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Is there something I should change?

Are you trying to view the downloaded form in your browser PDF reader? I always get that error when I try that. It works to open the form from my downloads folder in Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam on my desktop (though Adobe works much better for actually filling out the form, it gets buggy in bluebeam).

Thank you. When I right click on the .pdf file instead of trying to open it I get an option to "Open in system viewer" and I can edit and save the form.

And if by chance you need to revise an uploaded form...download it again, and then upload the revised form.
