Split review - Design Credits

I submitted a split review and submitted the design credits. I recived a letter back were we need to provide additional information on a few of the credits. My question is, when do I resubmit the updated design credit info. As soon as possible or do I wait and submitted the updated info at the construction review portion?

also, I have a LEED perfessional on the project and provided all his info but they did not award me that point. Any reason why they would not award it during the design phase?

If this was a comment from a mid-review clarification you provide the additional information as soon as you are able. Once GBCI receives this, then the design review will continue.  If this was a comment you received from the preliminary design review, you provide the additional information within the final design review. I believe teams get about a month to submit the final design application once the preliminary design review report is issued - but GBCI is pretty flexible with application dates in my experience, so you probably have more time to submit the final.  The LEED AP credit is a 'construction phase' credit which means that GBCI does not review/award this until the construction phase application.
