Hi,
in "Table 2. Standards for appliances" we have only residential dishwasher requirement. What is the situation with office building interior? Does ENERGY STAR or performance equivalent requirement is also needed there for dishwasher? If so, then it says projects in Europe may install residential appliances meeting the EU A label, but it's extremaly hard to get in Poland. In this situation could a dishwasher then be chosen on the basis of its water consumption, which would correspond to the amount required for A class? Thank you in advance.

I believe in this case your dishwasher would likely be considered residential based on its size, features, and anticipated uses. It is not the type of commercial dishwasher you would have in a cafeteria, restaurant, or school, for example.
The current language in v4.1 (July 2024) states the following: "The EU A label for residential appliances is an acceptable alternative to ENERGY STAR. The EU Ecodesign and Labelling framework establishes minimum performance standards for the energy and environmental performance of appliances and products."
So, it sounds like the EU A label is acceptable, but not required. I would think your approach is appropriate and consistent with the guidance provided by LEED for other similar labeling programs. If you want to be certain, you should email LEED Coach for clarity.
