NC-v4 EQc4:Indoor air quality assessment

EQc4 - IAQ Assessment, Option 1. Flush-Out, Path 1. Before Occupancy

If the humidity exceeds the range (higher than 60%) for a couple of hours, can the team simply add those few hours onto the flush-out, or does the flush-out have to start completely over at the time the humdity went out of range?

Hello. It seems that GBCI is tightening up on this a bit. You used to be able to tack on time and as along as you met the requirements for temperature and RH in total you could earn this point. Now we have seen this credit denied if the project falls outside of the ranges, even for a short time. If you have the time, it's probably best to start over to ensure you can earn the point.
