FYI, or updates from others welcome if fixed online, Feedback Survey hosted through WUFOO for SSpc158 was errored. Required responses for SSpc154 thru 158, even though project was not applicable to several credits. Additionally, once 'Submit' button was selected on final feedback survey page 6 of 6, survey looped back to page 1 of 6 with all answers deleted from original entries.

Hi Courtney, I took screenshots of each page after your heads-up. Today I was able to just skip the pages related to credits 154-157 and I got the survey submitted for SSpc158. The email reply that I got was a "welcome to registration for the credit" body of text oddly - with a Survey header and then after the body of the text - my actual survey entries.
