Working on this credit in an urban setting (NYC) with no parking available by the building ( street parking only) and meeting Surrounding Density and Access to Quality Transit, how can you show a reduction from the base ratios?

Hi, Mark! I recommend checking out the v4.1 version of this credit. Option 1 has a "no offstreet parking" pathway. You can substitute a v4.1 credit for the v4 version on a v4 project.
