CS-v4.1 MRc3:Sourcing of Raw Materials

Hello,

A product located less than 160 km from the project can be valued for MRC3 credit without validating one of the responsible sourcing and extraction criteria  ?

It has to also have another Sourcing attribute to contribute. Just being from w/in 160 km does not provide any contribution.
