I'm wondering if terrace plantes are totally out of scope for Protect or Restore Habitat or if there are certain specifications that would allow for terrace planters to count towards the credit.
We have custom kitsap modular metal planter walls that are either 18" or 24" high. Let's assume they are native/adapted vegetation for arguments sake.
