My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Should we include motorcycle parking spaces in our total parking count for the Parking Under Cover option?

Projects that provide covered parking are eligible for points under this credit, but what if a project provides no parking?

What if I need to have a material tested?

Greenhouse - SRI Value

Can a greenhouse be excluded when doing credit calculation? If not, is there a default SRI that we can use for greenhouse roofs?

Teresa and Irene - I asked LEED Coach this question and was told the following: the greenhouse glass roof may be excluded from the total roof area. If a glass roof covers the gross floor area of the project, it may be treated as an appurtenance for the purpose of this credit and excluded from the roof area (and from the credit calculations).
