Does a greenhouse need to be included in the light pollution calculations? (e.g.,  the vertical illuminances and the percentage of total lumens emitted above horizontal)

I consider lighting inside of a greenhouse to be interior lighting.  I wouldn't include it in the calculation.  I would also try to direct as much light as possible towards the plants in the greenhouse, and not spilling outside.
