NC-v4 EAc2:Optimize energy performance

Target Finder outside the US - For Credit NC-v4 EAc2 - Optimize energy performance

Hi, Is it true that a project outside the US (located in Europe) does not necessarily have the target finder results for Minimum energy performance and Optimized energy performance? I saw in the LEED guide that we don't have to do results under option 1 for minimum energy performance, but for optimizing energy it's such a requirement for LEED accreditation? if is it true can you provide such a reference?

That is correct. Target Finder only applies to US based projects.
