NC-v4.1 SSc3:Open Space

Open Space based on Campus owned by third parties. Can we claim this credit as a Campus Credit approach

Hi all,

what are the rules around the ownership of the open space if we want to document as a “ Campus” credits approach.

The building owner does not own the campus as such, so can we claim a credit for open space based on a campus owned by third parties?
