Hello, could you confirm that I should have an area to storage organic Waste, when the City offers the service ?
The garrison is not working with the City service regarding Waste management, but I cannot check the box that "The municipality does not have an organic waste collection program" : it was right one year ago, but in 2022, they offer it !

So I am afraid to not reach the Prerequisite anymore...
