What if there is no premanant irrigation as well as no stipulated process water (chiller, cooling towers, commercial kitchens, healthcare water systems) usage ? The project only has one MOP Sink, and water fountain under USGBC's defination of process water fixtures. Can I calculate required RECs as per only indoor water usage ?

I have had projects earn this credit using interior flush and flow fixtures water use only.
