I am working on this credit for an outdoor tennis park. I am assuming that the site qualifies as a "health/fitness facility", which has a rate of 7 spaces per 1,000 SF. However, I am unsure of whether or not the outdoor paved tennis courts count as square footage for the project or if only the pro shop counts (a very small building). Does anyone know the answer, or if I am even categorizing the site properly? Thank you in advance.
