Does the contract have to state that it is eligible for renewal beyond the one year requirement? Is that what is meant by "with the intention of multiyear renewal"? Or does this mean something else? Thanaks for your help. Best regards, John

I think that would be fine but not required. I think the phrase just means that the organization has an intent to renew their participation in the program beyond the first year. If you would be asked to document that I would assume that a letter of committment from the owner would suffice.
