Is it applicable for a historic wall project to obtain LEED New Construction BD+C Certification?
The project consist of constructing a new wall (10 Km) with multiple entry gates. Every gate has its own guard room which in total exceed MPR project size requirements. The wall surrounds a large development which is seeking LEED ND certificate. If it is applicble, how will we apply for credits like Green Vehicles, Open Space, Access to Quality Transit,....etc?
