Hi LeedUser, My supplier specialist asked me 2 questions on Combination Oven :

1. He found none of information on these ovens to know the consumption per PAN, only LEVEL. How He could confirm compliance ?

2. What is the '' condensate cooling Water '' ? He supposed  it is the discharge of cold water to lower the temperature during drainage. is that it ?

1 - I believe the pan and the level to be describing the same aspect - each level of the oven holds a single pan. 2 - Yes, from the info that Energy Star has published regarding their requirements, this description matches.
