LEED-Online Outage?

Is everyone else having trouble with a dysfunctionally slow LEED-Online today (i.e., worse than the usual incredibly slow performance)?

Yes! And my Internet Explorer also died today ... Sends me right to Microsoft Edge where you can change the settings for "IE Compatibility" mode, but I am not certain that will last forever as it gave me "30 days" of compatibility ... I thought we had until 6/15 for IE to work....

Same experience for me this afternoon that you had Jim and Erica. Opening Internet Explorer sends me straight to MS Edge where the LEED Online forms will not open in Edge and trying to change status of a couple credits was dysfunctionally slow or crashed LEED Online. Good times, if you like cursing at your computer screen.

I received this message the next day, by which point it seemed to be working normally. I'm now using Chrome and the 'offline functionality' since IE no longer loads as noted. Hi ho. "Thank you for contacting GBCI regarding the issues you were experiencing with LEED Online yesterday. We sincerely apologize for these issues. Our Technology team has corrected the problem and LEED Online is working correctly now."

We have had similar issues over the past weeks, mostly relative to not being able to open the credit forms on Microsoft Edge. Some of our staff were still able to run them through Explorer per earlier this week. Some of us also used Chrome, but with mixed results. We were told yesterday by GBCI that they are transitioning all the credit forms to HTML based files (newly registered projects only). We haven't seen those yet. We also got some major issues on our projects pursuing v4.1 credits [a la carte]. All the forms and uploads disappeared from the credits when they did the v4.1 "switch". They are working on retrieving them. [fortunately, we keep a tight record of all uploads and pDFs/snip it of the credit forms for all our projects, so we have proof]
