We are working on a warehouse in Sunnyvale, CA. We are confused with the results from the spreadsheet (v3), since we investigated removing the PV array, as a VE measure. Site Energy, Cosst, and GHG Emissions were at 110+% before, but are now at 44% for Site Energy, -1% for Cost, and 32% for for GHG Emmissions.
The client feels we should have more points, but by our calculations, the values above leave us with 0 points for Cost, and 5 for GHG Emissions. However, we're not always sure that the formulas are correct on the sheets, but since we can't see them, it's hard to tell. We know that we're using an older version of the sheet. Is there an easy(ish) way to port from sheet to sheet? Knowing USGBC, probably not. Any help is appreciated.
