NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Different Baseline HVAC System

Greetings!..

We have begun the energy modeling for factory building. In addition to the factory, the building houses a warehouse and an administration office. The building has 2,00,000 square feet of conditioned space. (A factory with conditioned space of 1,20,000 square feet, a warehouse with conditioned space of 60,000 square feet and an office with conditioned space of 20,000 square feet.)

Can our team consider the following as a Baseline HVAC System under ASHRAE 90.1.2010 Appendix G?

 1. System 6 for Factory?

2. System 6 for warehouse?

3. System 4 for administration office?

Also, let us now the LEED Interpretation.

That looks right assuming that none of the exceptions to G3.1.1 apply.

Not sure what you are looking for relative to more detail? Your method for selecting the systems appears to follow the proper protocol. Do you need me to explain the protocol? Regarding section G3.1.1 perhaps you could read it and ask a specific question if you are not sure.
