NC-v4.1 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

Prerequisite questions for Minimum Energy Performance v4.1

For the prerequisite, can we obtain it, if we only achieve improvements on one of our indicators (Cost or GHG emissions)? e.g. -9.4% for Cost and +14.4% for GHG Emissions

In v4 we couldn't use renewables to obtain prerequisite % improvement, can we now on v4.1?

If we can use on-site renewables in v4.1, why does it appear on the MEPC summary tab "% Improvement Cost" the value of improvement without renewables?
Our result of Cost before and after subtracting renewables is -9.4% and 16.4%.

If we can use on-site renewables in v4.1, why does it appear on the MEPC summary tab "% Improvement GHG Emissions (exl.tier 2- and 3- renewables)" the exclusion of renewables?
Our result of GHG Emissions before and after subtracting renewables is 14.4% and 34.6%.

In v4.1 it lists:  "Only on-site or on-campus renewable energy that meets ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2016 Section G 2.4.1 requirements for on-site renewable energy may be used to meet minimum ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2016 performance requirements."

In v4 it was:

"Projects must meet the minimum percentage savings before taking credit for renewable energy systems."

For v4.1 EAp2 you're allowed to choose the metric:

"Document the PCI, PCIt, and percentage improvement using metrics of cost or greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions."

Thank you for your comment. I also understand it like that. If I could show a picture I would. But in my MEPC (latest version) summary tab, the results for the prerequisite don't account for the renewables. If they did results would be 16.4% (Cost) and 34.6% (GHG Emissions), INSTEAD they show -9.4% (the opposite of an improvement) and 14.4% for GHG Emissions. This has grounded my doubts.
