Do University Dorm Rooms have the same requirements as Hotel/Motel 'individual rooms or suite' for the Reverberation Time criteria?

As a follow up to the above question, in a University Dorm Building, would a conference+meeting room fall under "Hotel/Motel - Meeting Rooms or Office Building" - "Conference Rooms" when it comes to Reverberation time?

We received permission through LEED Coach to use the v4.1 Residential: Multifamily version of this credit for a university residence hall. I suggest you look into that, as it fits the project type much better than the v4.1 NC version of the credit.
