We are currently in the porcess of designing a park shelter/pavillion that is about 4500 sqft in an existing park. The shelter will have a block of toilets, a bookable community space (indoor and outdoor ) consession stands, a small kicthen and a few storage spaces. would this type of space be categorized under LEED BD+C or LEED core and Shell.
