The Girl Scouts are speaking at our AIA Wisconsin state conference in a few weeks, our Flad Structural SE2050 leader is joining them -- the troup leader is worried that they won't have enough to say. I didn't know how to explain to her that they are basically hope embodied and just having a gaggle of first graders on stage to talk about embodied carbon pretty much makes my year. The older girls will lead the discussion, their work is so impressive. I also found this research paper this morning on Hope, Health, and the Climate Crisis.

This really made my day. It is impressive. Embodied carbon awareness 101 for anyone. The song is great too, should be the theme song for Greenbuild :)... I have shared with our firm as well (oh, and they will hear me hum that tune...) - Do they indirectly get an A for their science class? :) Kristen, I am with you, we may add a few more on the list of "whining" peers/trades about LEED data, EPDs, etc. Thanks for sharing.
