Pilot-Credits SSpc154:Heat Island Mitigation with Cool Walls

Cool Walls - material compliance (pre-cast concrete)

Hi,

 

does anyone know if pre-cast concrete can be used to comply with cool walls? it can be used for heat island to assist credit achievement and I am  wondering if this same methodology can be used for building facade to achieve this credit.
