There are 2 Option 1 descriptions listed in the credit language. The first one allows for fees to be charged for use of space inthe school building, the second version states use of the facility must be free of charge to the public.
We want to pursue the regional priority credit under option 1 and I want to confirm that the facilities do no thave to be free of charge to earn the regional priority credit.
