Renovation Project with Zero Lot Line

I got a renovation project of the 7 stories existing building to the office which aims to be LEED-CS but the project contains zero lot line.  Is it possible to pass this prerequisite?

According to refguide, page 260: "Projects with no landscape area are exempt from this prerequisite"
