EQ Overview: Warehouse Quality Views requirement?

According to LEED v4 EQ Overwiew " Table 2. Rating system–specific space classifications" Quality Views credit is compulsory to achieve the rest of the category for Warehouse & Distribution Centers rating system. 

Is this a correct approach or can we obtain the rest of the points of the category without achieving IEQc8?

I have been involved with Warehouse & Distribution Center (WDC) projects that achieved points within the EQ credit category without achievement of the EQc Quality Views credit.

Table 2 can be confusing. The 3rd column heading is "Prerequisite or credit". Quality views is a credit, not a prereq. so you can skip that Credit.
