Construction companies are structured differently, so their paths to decarbonization might not all follow the same routes. As a builder with a self-perform group, we have a unique position to control how we procure our concrete and manage our supply chains as part of our overall decarbonization strategy. Even though these strategies may not directly apply at every company, the conceptual approach should provide insight to any builder interested in finding innovative paths to decarbonization.
