NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Greetings,

In an attempt of following this Pilot credit, the following question (related to #1b. of the Requirements) appeared:

In case our project has no recirqulation, meaning it is 100% OA and the supply aieflow is with filtration with MERV 13 or above filtration, does this arrangement correspond to this Pilot credit.
