I would like to know if my project is required to do a Recertification? It is certificed LEED Gold O+M v. 4, and I would like to know that the project is still awarded eventhough it is not recertified and shown on your Project Directory.
I would also like to know what happens if the project does not fulfill the requirements during the recertification. Will it then loose the LEED Gold O+M v. 4 awarded medal?
I am asking alot into the medals, but it is important for a project :-)
I would also like to know what kind information to deliver, and whats is required for a recertification. Where can I find this, and are the demands more strict than during v. 4? For example that you can loose some points with respect to energy.
Finally I would also like to know it it is acceptable that the energy use for heating is given on a quartly basis and not a monthly basis.
