Restrictions for using O+M?

Hi everybody,

I'm working on a project that is planning to be renovated (basically only the building envelope and structure be kept while the rest would be redone). The building has been in operation for more than ten years. If the building closes during renovation, does it still qualify to pursue O+M certification? How about if parts of the building remain in operation and completes the renovation by having phased construction?

Looking forward for answers and thanks in advance

If you are gutting the building and replacing everything but the structure, you'd be better off registering the project as ID+C.
