My project is using a pre-fabicated panel (walls and ceilings) inclusive of doors, windows and ceiling grid lights. All of these components are part of the panel design. Can I pull out each element (door, gasket, glazing, etc.) and submit that as a single product? Or does the pre-fabricated panel count as a single material component?

Kristi If you have separate documentation on each, I'd submit them individually. With current door/hardware packages, the accept the door, the frame, hinge, lock, kickplate, etc all as separate products (and they are typically from different manufacturers) so I don't see this being any different.
