LEED V4 or LEED V4.1 for a new Project in Europe

Hello there,
We are dealing with a new Office Tower project located in Europe and the owner is aiming Platinum LEED Certificate.
My question is, should I adapt fully the LEED V4.1 from the bigenning or is it better to rigister the project under LEED V4.0 and and "cherry pick" v4.1 credits.
knwoing that the project will be under construction for next years, Is there any sunset possibility for V4.0?

any advice is highly appreciated!

I personally think it is far more easier to achieve v4 Platinum with cherry picking some credits from v4.1. The 4.1 version comes with newer standards and also big changes in the energy category.
