NC-v4.1 LTc7:Reduced Parking Footprint

Carshare vehicle parking space - Successful implementation?

Has anyone successfully implemented Option 2. Carshare in the Reduced Parking Footprint credit? I am having a lot of difficulty finding information on how a project would get one of these carshare companies to dedicate a vehicle space on a specific property.

The only viable option I am seeing is perhaps ZipCar (and maybe Enterprise?) but their website and customer service are not giving me any information on the owner's side of actually getting that space for a parking lot. And from what I can tell ZipCar typically reaches out to parking lot owners themselves when they want to park their fleet somewhere - not the other way around. (speaking in the United States specifically)

Would really appreciate any insight if someone has actually established an agreement between the project and carshare company guaranteering that carshare vehicle spaces will be dedicated for two years on site.

I have similar doubts....what kind of agreement between the building and the carsharing company is required? Do you only have to allocate those parking spaces to meet the requirement or do you have to have the cars on site for the building occupants to use on a daily basis?
I have read in some other post about ZipCar, but this is not available in Spain and I would not know if other available companies meet the requirements (Car2GO/Share Now, Zity, etc.).

Our team has limited experience with pursuing this pathway, but recommend uploading a redacted contract with whichever form of carshare is selected--or reaching out to LEED Coach. We have reviewed and see it as a similar approach to seeking renewable PPAs in the EA Credit. Welcome further comments!
