We are attempting INpc155 on a v4.1 CI project, we are also planning to obtain the WELL H+S rating so this credit was an easy crossover for us. So glad to see this connection happening between LEED and WELL.

Patti - Did your project also attempt the LEED Enhanced IAQ Strategies credit? INpc155 seems to be nearly the same exact thing as what is required by the EQ Min IAQ Prerequisite + Strategy 4 of the Enhanced IAQ credit. Seems strange they would award points for the ID credit if you had already met the Enhanced IAQ credit...
I totally agree and I also wonder what if the project has no recirculated air? is there equivalent strategy, because it is for WELL.
If a project complies with ventilation and filtration requirements, does anyone know the purpose of the examples of tools that are available in the LEED credit library for this credit?
Examples of tools:
- COVID-19 Airborne Transmission Tool by Professor Jose L. Jimenez
- Portable air cleaner calculator for schools by Harvard-CU Boulder
- happē Facility Infection Risk Estimator v2 by Branch Patterns
- COVID-19 Energy Estimator by Enverid
- Safe Air Spaces COVID-19 Aerosol Relative Risk Estimator by Dr. Richard Corsi and Dr. Kevin Van Den Wymelenberg
