What is the difference between V01 form of V4 version and V4.1 version

Hi, I'd like to know the difference between V01 form to be completed of version V4 and V4.1.

Hi David,
There is no different between V01 form of version V4 and V4.1. You can download the sample form for V4.1 after to log in to LEED Online (https://www.usgbc.org/articles/how-document-leed-v41-credit-substitutions). In addition, LEED V4.1 BD+C Guide Oct 2021 version page 161 of 274 states that there is no substantive changes from LEED V4 guide for MR Prerequisite Storage and Collection of Recyclables.
