NC-v4 LTc7:Reduced parking footprint

Parking not provided

Hi everybody.

I have just a simple question. If in my project parking is not provided, can I award this credit?

At the same way, can I do the same with "SS Outdoor water use reduction" since my project not provide any outdoor space?

If project includes no new, existing, and off-street parking spaces or any parking spaces that are not leased or owned by the project, including parking that are outside the project boundary then project can get this credit.  If there is no landscape, the project can attempt Option 1 No Irrigation Required.
